My journey includes losing a seven-figure business during the 2008 recession, becoming bankrupt and having to rebuild my life from nothing.

At the time it felt like everything I had worked for had disappeared overnight.

But those experiences ultimately became the foundation of the thinking I now share through my mentoring and through The I CAN Method™.

The Turning Point

At 38 I became a bankrupt single mum.

My partners and I had lost a seven-figure business during the recession of 2008 where I had served as a Board Director.

Our home was repossessed and my son and I faced eviction.

For a moment it felt as though everything had fallen apart.

But when everything is stripped away you are left with one important choice.

You either stay stuck in the circumstances, or you decide to rebuild.

I chose to rebuild.

I reframed the way I looked at everything and redesigned my life from the ground up.

At 40 I took control of my future.

Rebuilding From Nothing

Starting again was not easy.

But through determination, focus and a completely new mindset I began building again.

The business I launched grew into a multi-award-winning company, which I later franchised across the UK.

Over the years I went on to build multiple ventures, invest in property and businesses, and support other founders navigating their own journeys.

Those experiences shaped the thinking that now underpins the work I do today.

During the darkest moments of rebuilding I began asking myself a series of questions.

Those questions helped me:
