In my role as a Life & Business Mentor, listening is key.
Many of the women who come to me for support spend their lives listening to everyone else.
They are the decision makers at home and in business. The problem solver. The one others rely on.
Yet despite carrying that responsibility, they often have nowhere to speak openly about the pressure they are under.
This is why I offer something different.
A confidential space where you can think freely, talk honestly and explore your next steps with calm perspective.
Many of my clients are the breadwinner for their family and the scaffolding keeping everything together.
They lead teams, run businesses and make difficult decisions every day.
Empathy is a powerful leadership quality, but if it is not managed carefully it can easily lead to burnout as you become the “fixer” for everyone else.
When you work with me, you gain the space to release that pressure and think clearly without compromising your authority with colleagues or family.

As a mum, seasoned entrepreneur and investor, I understand the reality of leadership because I have lived it myself.
Over the past two decades I have built businesses, navigated adversity and rebuilt from challenges that at the time felt overwhelming.
Those experiences shaped the thinking that later became my coaching framework, The I CAN Method™.
When we work together, I bring more than theory.
I bring hindsight, perspective and a structured approach designed to help you move forward with clarity.
Together we explore your challenges through thoughtful conversation and practical exercises that reconnect you with momentum and confidence.
We brainstorm.
We chat.
You share.
I listen.
I suggest.
You consider.
And through that process the next step forward becomes clear.
You deserve the clarity and confidence to realise your ambitions and build the life you truly want.

I live in a beautiful part of rural Northumberland alongside our extended family of horses, dogs, a cat and hens.
When I am not working, you will often find me outdoors enjoying the countryside or ringside supporting our son who is a professional equestrian.
For me, success has never been about chasing endless growth or working around the clock.
It has always been about creating a life that feels balanced, fulfilling and aligned with what matters most.
That philosophy influences the way I work with my clients.
Many of the founders and leaders I support have built impressive businesses, but somewhere along the way they have lost the space to enjoy the life those businesses were meant to create.
Part of our work together is about reclaiming that balance so success feels sustainable, rewarding and meaningful.
“If like me you feel like your life is one big hamster wheel and there is no way of stopping to enjoy the better things in life, then I would highly recommend speaking to Sarah. I was fortunate to come across Sarah just at the right time and so pleased that I did. Not only has being coached by Sarah changed my life by showing me how to enjoy more time, but has also paid dividends (quite literally).”
— Craig Smith, Founder, The Printed Bag Shop

“I had the pleasure of speaking to Sarah as part of our internal TT Electronics Leadership Webinar Series. Sarah was incredibly engaging and her personal experiences and message landed close to the heart for many of the 400 people who attended the session. She truly is an inspirational person and I would have no hesitation recommending her or working with her again.”
— Guy Cohen, VP Talent Management, TT Electronics Plc
